I had an initial chat with HR, and then they gave me a small project, a calculator. It was a bit weird they didn't give a time limit, but whatever. After a couple of weeks, they told me someone else got the job.

After I completed the take-home assignment, which involved building a full-stack application, I received feedback about 10 days later stating that my app didn't work and didn't meet the requirements. However, I had confirmed it worked with all necessary validations and requirements. Interestingly, I checked the app's database and saw no one had even logged in. I reached out to HR for clarification, and she said she'd check with the evaluation team, but I never heard back after a few months. This whole evaluation process felt off, and I questioned if I'd be comfortable working with such colleagues.
