Client Success Manager
The interview process was pretty drawn out, but I get that they wanted to have me talk to a bunch of people to make sure I was a good fit. It would've been cool if they could've maybe combined some of the interviews, but honestly, I liked meeting everyone. It was a good chance to meet my potential coworkers and also for me to see if the company was the right place for me.

Client Success Manager
About two weeks after I applied, I had a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, another two weeks after that phone call, I got an email saying I wasn't moving forward.
- Can you tell me what you know about True Car?
Client Success Manager
Applied and was emailed a week after. Recruiter missed my emails and our first interview. Very brief. Basic description about the role. Salary reqs. Then another HR screen with situational questions. Explanation of the interview process. Phone interview with District Manager - about an hour. Deeper dive into the role. behavioral/situational questions. Then a challenge assignment - make a video explaining why you want to work there, etc. Phone Interview with Director - he was very brief and very standoffish. Made it seem like he was just going through the motions and wasn't genuinely interested in who I was as a candidate. He even mentioned that he hadn't even looked at my resume. What a great representation of the company! On site interview. Positives: HR was quick in follow ups. Messy at times but I'm sure they have a hundred things to keep track of. Quick Process. Negatives: The director could show some enthusiasm while interviewing. If i have to do it, you should too. Made it seem like he already had a candidate in mind seeing as how my video was only viewed once. A lot of the questions were redundant and also stated in the video. C'mon people, get on the same page here.
