I applied online and then had a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, I was supposed to have another phone interview with the Hiring manager, but he missed the scheduled time. We eventually spoke, and he wanted me to speak to another manager. That interview was also missed by the manager, and I had to call him. He said I should hear back in about a week about an onsite interview. It's been over a month with no response. I contacted the recruiter, and she asked if the manager had reached out, which he hadn't. She also hasn't responded. They seem unprofessional and want to pay below market rate for the responsibilities.
