Customer Service Representative
I had a great experience interviewing with True Accord. It started with a phone screen with Cherlynne. Then, I was invited for a 2 hour onsite interview. When I arrived, the front desk greeted me and offered refreshments, which helped with my nerves. I then met Laura and got a tour of the office. It was a really nice office with an open layout and a fully stocked kitchen! Afterwards, we went to a room where I met Nicholas, Lauren, and Valerie. They each had their own questions and were very informative and personable. What I found amazing about TrueAccord is how much they care about their employees. Everyone enjoyed working there and was passionate about the company's mission. Once the interview was finished, I had a brief debrief with Valerie and Cherlynne where we discussed my experience and any questions or concerns I had. Overall, I'm very happy with the interview. Cherlynne and Valerie were amazing and communicated well with me throughout the process. A few days later, I received an offer and accepted the position.

Customer Service Representative
First, I had a 30-minute phone interview with Cherlynne. We discussed my previous work history, my understanding of the company, and my reasons for applying. The next interview stage was longer and involved talking with recruiters, supervisors or managers, and some executives. Everyone I met was very friendly. The conversation with Valarie was quite positive and felt pretty straightforward. It became more challenging when I spoke with Nadav, who is the COO. Across all interviews, a common theme was asking about my motivation for joining the company and my career aspirations. Beyond discussing my background, there were also several scenario-based questions. After the interviews concluded, Cherlynne kindly offered me a tour of the office.
- What makes you want to join our team?
- What are your career aspirations?
- Can you tell me about your previous experiences?
Customer Service Representative
The whole thing took about a week. First, I had a phone screen with the Head of Customer Engagement. After that, I went for a 2-hour onsite interview. It included various team leads, the HR manager, and the Head of Customer Engagement again. The interviews were really nice, and everyone was super friendly. People even checked in on me while I was waiting to see if I needed anything, which was a great first impression!
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a challenging customer situation.
