So first up was my application and then a quick chat with the HR manager. After that, it was the Super-day, which involved a case study and four separate interviews. Then, I got the offer, and that was the end of it.

The team seemed okay, but HR was not organized. The recruiter missed an initial phone interview without letting me know and scheduled interviews that weren't needed. I completed a writing assignment and submitted my own writing samples. I got through three interviews but then was ghosted. They said I'd hear back in a week, and I'm still waiting. It felt like a waste of my time.

It was a long and confusing interview process with many calls that seemed to repeat the same information. They started with questions about why I want to work there and a light overview of my background and experience. I thought a peer interview would be the final stage, but it wasn't. After that, I was asked to complete a task that was essentially a client pitch with concept candidates. The whole experience was confusing and frankly terrible. The senior leaders were arrogant and tended to downplay my experience at every step. They seem to take themselves too seriously and claim to be the best in the business, which is a term they overuse. Based on my experience as a client with them, their actual delivery has been underwhelming.
