The interview process was really long. It started with two phone interviews, then a video interview, then an in-person one, followed by a Caliper Assessment. It was pretty disappointing because I was rejected before the last interviews even happened, which felt like a waste of my time and effort.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring team, who are external, handled the initial interviews. They laid out the whole interview process, which is quite thorough. They inquired about my previous experience in business-to-business sales. The interviewer was straightforward and maintained a high level of professionalism. I really liked how upfront and clear the interviewer was about the interview process and what they were looking for.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process is very lengthy. I started interviewing in May and then started in late June. You go through a series of interviews with different people. When I got to the corporate office and waited on one of the members from the executive team to get me, I noticed how everyone was so positive and friendly. I liked the atmosphere right away. The interviews themselves were normal interview questions.
