I had a really good interview with the HR Rep. They gave me tons of details about the job and the company. Communication was great the whole time. It was one of the best interview experiences I've had.

Behavioral Technical

I sent in my application online and heard back via email to schedule a phone screen for the following week. The recruiter was tardy for the call and acted quite cold and snarky for no clear reason. She'd pull points from my resume and ask me to elaborate, then condescendingly state that True Homes doesn't operate that way or that it wasn't considered Outside Sales. The odd part is I never claimed it was Outside Sales; my resume clearly indicated Inside Sales experience. She seemed unusually argumentative about how my background didn't align, which was perplexing given she selected my resume and initiated the call. Based on her dismissive demeanor and the fact that she contradicted information in the job posting itself, I decided not to proceed with the phone screen. For instance, the job ad mentioned that leads are provided, but she asserted that I'd need to find my own. I would not have applied if the job description had accurately represented the actual role.

Behavioral Technical Case

Applied by submitting my resume. The interview process was spread out over about 3 weeks and I had a total of 6 interviews. I took the Caliper assessment and had another interview. It seemed like everything was going really well, and I even had the final interview scheduled. But then, the day before, I received a generic email saying my interview was cancelled and that I didn't get the job. This was after I had already completed HR paperwork. I reached out for feedback but haven't received a response. Everyone was really nice and I felt like we connected well and that it was a great fit. It's very strange to lead someone on for that long only to reject them unexpectedly. It felt pretty insulting, especially not even getting a phone call to discuss what happened. Honestly, it was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't want to work for a company that operates like this. Very disappointed.
