Account Executive
They originally missed my first interview, but they rescheduled and I ended up having 3 interviews within 2 days. The process was pretty fast once I finally got to speak with the managers.
- Can you tell me about your previous KPIs and explain why you'd be a good fit?
- Regarding your past performance, what were your KPIs and why do you think you'd be a good fit here?
Account Executive
Did 4 interviews over a month. Included a presentation and it went well. Spoke to the director and felt aligned. Then got ghosted, month wasted. Some reviews seem to hold weight.
- Any reservations about this position?
Account Executive
It was a standard interview process. Started with a screening phone call with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager for the role. After that, there was a pitch interview, and finally, an interview with the head of sales. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. The recruiter was really helpful in keeping me updated and preparing me for each part. All in all, it was a great experience.
- Tell me about a time you lost a sales deal. What led to that outcome, and what could you have done differently?
