I had one group interview with the manager and three individual contributors. They asked standard questions, and also gave me three simple code review problems. We also discussed architecture and different ways to solve common problems, as well as design patterns.

I met them at a career fair and then had an onsite interview. It was pretty off-putting, honestly, not very friendly or engaging. They didn't seem prepared at all, like maybe they already knew who they wanted and were just going through the motions. Really strange questions.

Had a quick phone call first, and then they sent me a coding assignment to finish in a week. I like this way better than those stressful, immediate tech questions that don't really prove anything except how well you can handle pressure.
