The first step was an MCQ test. Then, I had an OPS round, which got postponed twice because the manager wasn't available. The interview itself was 30 minutes long and the manager was cool. However, the HR team wasn't very helpful and seemed kind of toxic.
- Can you explain what a w9 form is?

I applied and the HR recruiter contacted me the next day, saying I seemed like a good fit. They told me the next step was an interview with the hiring manager and a team member, and that I'd need to be on camera. But when the interview happened, only I was on camera. They didn't introduce themselves and just asked me about the company and the job. After I answered, they told me the job wasn't what the description said and that it actually involves medical coding, which I have some experience in. It was a bad and unprofessional experience.
- Could you tell me what you know about our company?
Analyst
It was a pretty easy interview that went for a little over an hour. They asked pretty basic questions, mostly behaviorals instead of technical ones. It was a virtual interview with three interviewers, although one was pretty quiet so I couldn't tell if he was interested. Overall, I enjoyed it.
- Are you more focused on the big picture or the details?
