I applied online and heard back 3 weeks later. The head of recruiting and two other employees within the department invited me in for an interview. However, it wasn't a real interview because they didn't ask me any questions. Instead, the interviewers mostly talked about their personal experiences in the role I was applying for. The conversation was mainly driven by the questions I had for them. I was interviewed in January, and they told me the position wouldn't start until March. I was supposed to find out if I got the job in mid-February.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied in May and was contacted in late June for an interview. It was a pretty laid-back first interview. Then, I had a second interview which involved a presentation and sales pitch I prepared for the manager. I ended up starting in October. I thought it was going to be a marketing role, but it turned out to be intense sales with no commission.

It was a really chill interview. You do most of the talking, and then they ask you specific questions. If you're not great at explaining things on the spot, you should definitely prep if you want this job with Troy.
