The interview process was straightforward and pleasant. All interactions were professional and enjoyable. The processing time for the interview took a bit longer than expected, but overall it was a good experience. I'd recommend preparing in advance, as many people tend to improvise, which I wouldn't advise.

I recently interviewed with Tropic and it was a great experience. Since there were many applicants, they had us do a video prompt and an email prompt first. After that, things moved fast. The recruiting manager was informative and kept things moving. The interviews were in four rounds: with the hiring manager, SDR manager, a peer panel, and the director of sales development. The last step would have been a mock call. They also used candidate.fyi to track everything, which was helpful.

The first two interviews were great. They got back to me to schedule a 3rd round. I spent time finding a time the next week. The third interview call was only to inform me that they were not moving forward. A waste of time that leads you on. No explanation other than we decided to not continue this process with you.
