Behavioral Presentation

The entire interview process was smooth and very well explained from the beginning. I worked with Phillip and he was incredibly informative and engaging. The process consisted of 5 rounds: initial recruiter screening, conversation with the hiring manager, conversation with 2 different CSMs, a fun presentation with a CSM, and a final chat with the hiring manager once more. Everyone I met with was welcoming, conversational, and an open book. They work quickly and are very intentional about providing updates and keeping you in the loop.

Behavioral Presentation

The process started with a recruiter call, then a call with a team member, followed by a call with a manager. After that, there was a mock QBR, and finally a call with the Director of CS. The whole thing was quick but thorough. I heard some steps might have been removed since my interview, but it was a great experience overall. I learned a lot about Tropic, and they got to know me to see if I'd fit in. Everyone was really helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout.

The recruiter reached out first to set up an interview with the hiring manager. I had a great interview with the hiring manager but unfortunately wasn't selected for the next round. I received a generic email saying they are "moving forward with other candidates."
