First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Triumvirate Environmental.
Environmental Specialist
It was a straightforward and easygoing interview process. They do a good job marketing their environmental specialist program and are really looking to hire young professionals who they can promote from within. I've had a phone screen and a second virtual interview so far, and I'm waiting to hear back. The whole thing has taken about 4 weeks.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Environmental Specialist
three rounds - recruiter, team members. The first round with HR was basics to make sure you can do the job, the other interviews got into more detail and were with the actual team I would be on. I got a call from the recruiter soon after final interviews with an offer, had 3 days to decide.
- Can you discuss your experience and how it aligns with the requirements of this position?
Environmental Specialist
I applied online and got an email to set up a phone interview pretty quickly. The recruiter gave me a rundown of the job and asked if I had any questions. They also asked what I thought the job was about and then clarified. They asked basic stuff like my background and why I want the job. Some questions were more personal and open-ended, like about my favorite class. The interview was about 20 minutes, and then they said they'd email me about the next steps.
- Tell me about your favorite class.
- What is one of your weaknesses?
