First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Triumvirate Environmental.
Environmental Specialist
It was a straightforward and easygoing interview process. They do a good job marketing their environmental specialist program and are really looking to hire young professionals who they can promote from within. I've had a phone screen and a second virtual interview so far, and I'm waiting to hear back. The whole thing has taken about 4 weeks.

Account Manager
So there were 3 rounds total. Started with a recruiter call, then talked to the hiring manager, and finished with an onsite interview. It was a pretty standard process where they were trying to gauge my industry and sales experience. Everyone seemed to really like working there.

EHS Consultant
Had an intro phone call that was supposed to be a "get to know you call" but the recruiter mainly asked about my connections to other consultants and my understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities. I wasn't a big fan because they didn't ask much about my experience and focused more on personal connections.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
I applied online and a recruiter got in touch. They suggested I was a better fit for a different, more senior role than the one I applied for. We arranged an in-person interview at their office. Despite my request to avoid morning traffic by scheduling later, they booked me for a 9 AM slot. The interview itself was two hours long, comprising two separate hour-long panel interviews. The questions felt very repetitive and basic. After two weeks of silence, the recruiter informed me they had hired someone else. This was frustrating as I hadn't even applied for that specific position.
