Security Guard
The hiring process took about 3 months, involving a lot of paperwork and waiting. I was granted an interim clearance but still need to complete another lab for blood work. I incurred significant expenses for travel to complete required steps like physicals and drug tests, with the closest approved facility for Constellis being a 2.5-hour drive each way. I made this trip four times already and have one more to go. It's a very expensive job to get, costing me more money than I've ever spent on a job that doesn't pay much, and the compensation offered isn't high. I'm starting to question my decision to work here.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Security Officer
The hiring and interview process is very easy to get through and very comforting when the recruiter/staff are talking with you on the phone. My recruiter is very encouraging and able to answer any question i may have. The job offers are very specific to a persons skill set and determination. So if you are faint of heart this is not for you. But if you are ready for a major life change and a start of a great carreer than this company is for you.
- Are you willing to make this choice?
Security Officer
The interview started with basic questions about my qualifications and my interest in the Security Officer role. The interviewer mainly asked about my past experiences, particularly in the military and security fields, and showed a preference for candidates with relevant security or military backgrounds. Unfortunately, I did not receive a follow-up call after this initial interview.
