It went very well. they work with you on times and also will work with you if you are still working and try to work around your schedule. you first do a phone interview and then fill out some surveys and quizzes online and then come in to do some training and an interview. after they will either call to offer or not.

I had a phone interview scheduled. The interviewer called me late, which is no big deal because we all get busy. The main issue wasn't that she was late. When she did call, she asked the standard 'tell me about yourself?' question. I started to answer, but after about 20 seconds, she hung up on me. I was confused and called her back, leaving a voicemail. I wasn't sure if she was using her personal cell and something happened. I found the general office number and called that. They confirmed the interviewer was there but I was transferred to her voicemail again. I never got a call back! This was the most unprofessional experience I've had professionally. I was really looking forward to the interview and the opportunity with a successful company that also has its own non-profit organization. I have the phone numbers and names of the people I spoke with, so I have proof if they deny anything.

Had a phone interview where the interviewer was very rude. She didn't give me much time to explain my qualifications. If you like rude people, this is the place for you, but if you like fun, nice, upbeat people, then move along.
