i applied for an entry level role but they said i didn't have enough experience. then i had a phone call and shadowed some people, but didn't get the job in the end. it was just standard behavioral questions.

The HR was pretty fast to get back to me and the whole interview experience felt relaxed and I learned a lot. I asked typical interview questions, behavioral questions, etc. Didn't end up getting the job, but I'd suggest it to other folks looking for a role.

I had a phone interview scheduled. The interviewer called me late, which is no big deal because we all get busy. The main issue wasn't that she was late. When she did call, she asked the standard 'tell me about yourself?' question. I started to answer, but after about 20 seconds, she hung up on me. I was confused and called her back, leaving a voicemail. I wasn't sure if she was using her personal cell and something happened. I found the general office number and called that. They confirmed the interviewer was there but I was transferred to her voicemail again. I never got a call back! This was the most unprofessional experience I've had professionally. I was really looking forward to the interview and the opportunity with a successful company that also has its own non-profit organization. I have the phone numbers and names of the people I spoke with, so I have proof if they deny anything.
