Technical Behavioral

The interviewer was not professional. They didn't introduce themselves or the job. They left the interview for 5-10 minutes while I was solving questions. The questions were basic textbook knowledge, like types of joins and rank functions, which can be easily found online. The interviewer also seemed confused about the difference between Data Engineering and Business Operations. The HR department didn't follow up with the results, which I expected given their attitude.

Behavioral Case

I had two rounds of interviews. The first was a 45-minute session with a mix of behavioral and case study questions, about 10 minutes for behavioral and 30 for the case. The case was manageable, but the behavioral questions were a bit tricky. The final round had two 45-minute individual interviews with engagement managers. The format was the same as the first round, with easier cases and behavioral questions. The interviewers were very nice and personable. What was disappointing was being told I'd hear "good news" soon after, making me think I got the job, but then I got a generic rejection email 4 days later with no feedback despite my request.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied online and also got a referral. The whole thing took about 4 weeks. HR was super nice and kept me in the loop. First, I had a quick chat with HR, then a 45-min fit interview with a manager. The final round was in Waltham with 5 interviews back-to-back with different people: an Associate Consultant, two Consultants, a Senior Consultant, and a Principal. All of them asked about behavior/fit and a case study about life sciences market sizing. It was all pretty straightforward and a good experience. HR said I'd hear back in 2 days.
