Case Behavioral

The interview process wasn't too difficult, with two rounds in total. It included case studies and behavioral questions, with a focus on pharmaceutical-related cases. The first round had one case and one behavioral question. The second round involved two consultants, with each presenting a case. I'd definitely recommend practicing a lot, being solid on your mental math, and learning about pharma/life sciences cases and their frameworks.

Technical Behavioral Case

There were 3 rounds in total. The first was a 45min online round, followed by two 45min in-person final rounds. The structure was the same for all rounds, with increasing senior staff members for each round. It wasn't too difficult and involved a CV check in all three rounds. Even though I went to the office for the in-person interview, I haven't heard back in over a month, and my follow-up email to HR also went unanswered. It's quite frustrating given the time and effort I put in; I would have preferred a rejection over being ignored.

Behavioral Case

I had a phone screen for a 3-day immersion program. The interviewer was friendly and personable, and the interview lasted about 30 minutes total, split between a ~10 minute fit portion and a ~20 minute case. The fit was pretty standard, but the life sciences case was really interesting, with a lot of scientific detail that I had to figure out on the spot. The interviewer also shared some interesting experiences at the end which helped me get a better sense of the work at the firm.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • A market sizing case study with extensive scientific background information was presented.
