Behavioral Case

I sent in my CV, and then I had a 1st round interview over zoom. After that, I had a 2nd round which consisted of 2 back-to-back interviews in person in London. The interviews were pretty standard, covering behavioural and life sciences case study topics, and were interviewer-led. I thought they were at a good level. The communication before the 1st round wasn't the best though - I didn't get any emails, and I couldn't receive calls for a bit, so I nearly missed the interview!

Case Behavioral Technical

This was a tough offline process. It had 4 rounds in total: 2 case rounds and 2 behavioral rounds. Each case round was 1 hour long, with 30 minutes to work on the case and 30 minutes to explain it. The behavioral rounds involved a lot of guesstimates and puzzles.

Case Behavioral

I had 2 back to back Skype interviews. The first interviewer didn't have their video on the whole time, and there was so much background noise that I was interrupted multiple times and could barely concentrate on the interview. This made me wonder if this is the type of firm I'd like to work for if employees, who presumably agreed to participate in the recruiting process, show such a lack of interest. Trinity seemed like a great firm, and I was very excited about this interview, but the overall experience was disappointing. However, the second interviewer was professional and attentive, and gave me a lot of information about the firm. I'm also concerned about how homogeneous Trinity is, and I'm not sure what to think about that.
