It's a walk-in interview. First, there's an aptitude test with about 8-10 MCQ questions, a mix of technical and aptitude. Then, it's a group discussion where they watch your communication and behavior. Finally, there's a technical round where a technical panel interviews you based on your resume and any past experience. After that, they say they'll let you know. That's the whole process.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. I had three rounds in total, which included a balanced mix of content-focused and technical assessments. Each round provided a great opportunity to showcase my skills and discuss my experience, with clear guidance and constructive feedback from the interviewers. Overall, it was a positive experience that allowed me to understand the company's values and expectations, making the process both insightful and engaging.

The interviewer seemed more keen on rejecting me than hiring me. The first round lasted about 1.5 hours. The interviewer opened a website with react interview questions and asked me around 100 theory questions very quickly. I managed to answer most of them, but he kept focusing on what I didn't know. When I asked him to elaborate, he just moved to the next question. This theoretical part lasted for an hour, and then he gave me a React coding question that had 4 parts, expecting me to finish it in 20 minutes.

It was a general fresher walk-in. We were asked to report at 8:30 AM, but the HR arrived late around 10:30 AM. Around 400 people showed up, and we all had to wait outside until the evening. Some people got tired of waiting and left. The interview was straightforward; we were given 4 simple questions (listed below) to solve within 20 minutes. I managed to solve 3 correctly and partially completed the 4th. I waited patiently while they graded our papers. When the results were announced, I was rejected. Shocked, I inquired with the HR about the reason for my rejection. The response I received was, "Your handwriting is not good, and you have struck out several lines, which is why you are being rejected." I was taken aback but decided not to argue and left.
