Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TriNet.
Sales Associate
Applied to the Atlanta office and had a really great interview process that wasn't too long. Overall, it was a great experience and I was moved to the final interview stage for the position.
- What do you expect your salary to be?
Sales Associate
The recruiter reached out, and I got to the final interview stage. However, the sales directors were a no-show for our scheduled call. I tried contacting both the recruiter and her assistant, but there was zero response. About months later, I received a random text suggesting the team wanted to interview again. Although I had reservations, I agreed. The interview went well, and I was told I'd receive an update, but I never heard back from anyone at Tri-Net. It was a really unprofessional and time-wasting experience.
- Were you asked standard interview questions?
Sales Associate
Honestly, this was probably the worst interview experience ever. It felt unwelcoming and the people were rude. The recruiters were also really disorganized; they even sent me someone else's background check email, which feels like a major privacy violation.
