When I was hired, there were 3 in-person interviews. The interviewers included two managers, a manager and a peer, and a director. When I've moved to other departments, it's varied. My last position only involved a direct manager and an executive director.

The interview process spanned a couple of months. It involved some general questions about my resume, followed by basic SQL queries, a Tableau exercise, and some market research questions. There were also situation-based questions. Most of it was pretty straightforward if you thought about it.

The interview process involved an initial phone interview, followed by a face-to-face meeting. It felt more like a natural conversation than a standard interview. The recruiter contacted me the day after to check in, asking about my experience and interest in the role, which was unusual. She mentioned she'd provide an update. However, after three weeks of no communication, I had to reach out myself. I was then informed they had chosen other candidates they felt were a better match. It was quite unprofessional not to be updated on the status, leaving applicants unsure. This lack of follow-up has been noted in other reviews.
