3 rounds total. The first two were initial screenings with a Senior Accountant and the Director. The third round was with US Managers. They moved quickly through the process, completing all rounds within a week. The only potential delay for the final round might be coordinating across time zones.

An HR person was really involved before the interview and helped me get ready. Then I met with the accounting manager. She mostly asked about my previous jobs. She also asked about my strengths and weaknesses, and my hobbies and other things I like outside of work.

I applied online and a recruiter called me saying I'd have an in-person interview. Then she changed her mind, said the managers were on vacation, and offered a temporary role with no benefits. After I finally interviewed for the payroll position, a different recruiter called me for an interview in the Benefits Department. They offered me $13/hour despite my Bachelor's degree and experience. It was a total waste of my time, and I don't recommend this unorganized company.
