Business Analyst
First, there was an online assessment that tested aptitude and operations knowledge. After that, a group discussion (GD) where we were given an operations-based case study. Finally, an interview focused on operations.
- What are some operational terms, such as Kaizen?

The interview process involved 4 rounds - apti, GD, technical and HR. Aptitude round had questions from arithmetics and Supply Chain Management. Technical interview was also revolved around questions related to supply chain, JIT, Kaizan approach, lean six Sigma etc.
- Can you explain inventory control methods?
- How would a pen manufacturing company manage its supply chain?
Business Analyst
The whole process took 2 weeks. First, I had a technical interview which went great. After clearing it, one week later, an HR round was conducted. After clearing the HR round, I got a call for confirmation within 2 days. They set 30 months contract for half year's salary.
