The interview process was pretty standard. First, there was a Zoom interview where they asked basic questions about my resume and then asked me to share an instance where I overcame a challenge. Following that, I had to complete a technical assessment with two medium LeetCode problems. The final part was a technical interview where I explained my thought process for solving those problems.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I had an initial phone chat with HR for an entry-level software engineer role where we went over my internship experience and some basic behavioral stuff. Then I got called back for the first onsite interview next week. There, I was given a packet with one technical problem about matching parentheses using stacks. After that, I had two more technical interviews with team leads and senior engineers, where we used a whiteboard. Strong C++ and data structure/algorithm knowledge was essential. The HR person was really professional, and the interviewers were super nice and answered my questions. I didn't get an offer, but the culture felt really welcoming, and everyone was polite. I'd recommend interviewing with them.

So first I had a 30 minute phone interview, it was technical, covering data structures and algos, RESTful webservices, and also asked about my background and experience, plus some problem-solving. After that, I had a 2-hour video call with some senior engineers, which was basically the same as the first one but went into more detail.
