I applied online and they called me to set up an interview. In total there were 3 interviews. The first was pretty short and the second was a group interview that lasted about 3 hours. During the first interview, they just asked some basic questions. The second interview involved the interviewer discussing company details and available positions. Finally, there was one more one-on-one interview at the end.

I had a couple of phone calls with the recruiter, then spoke with the West Covina regional manager on the phone. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the regional manager and then an in-person panel interview with some advisors.
