Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TriHealth.
Registered Nurse
The first impression was great and all my questions were answered honestly. It was a very typical interview for a hospital RN position! The manager was very personable and the process was easy when it came to applying and communication before and after interviewing.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Registered Nurse
It was a good experience. I was very nervous as it was my first interview and there are a lot of behavioral questions that they will ask so try to prepare ahead of time.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you had to step outside your comfort zone?
Registered Nurse
I had a first interview with the nurse manager, and it was a really nice chat. They asked the usual interview questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'how do you handle difficult patients,' and 'why did you become a nurse.' We also took a tour of the unit. The nurse manager was great at answering my questions about the job and how the orientation works.
- Can you share an instance of a lie you've told?
- Tell me about a lie you told recently.
