First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TriHealth.
Front Desk Specialist
The manager who interviewed me wasn't very friendly and didn't make much eye contact, seeming distracted by messages throughout the conversation. It felt like she wasn't fully engaged or listening, and I got the impression she had already decided before the interview began. It was one of the most awkward interviews I've experienced.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle conflict with a coworker.
Clinical Research Manager
This was a super slow interview process, taking months between interviews. After the 3rd interview, they ghosted me. I followed up a bunch of times and was told they were still wrapping things up. Never got a rejection or any communication.
- Can you elaborate on your experience with patient experience?
Labor & Delivery Nurse
The interview process was easy and comfortable. The people were very nice and answered all my questions. I'm excited and hopeful about joining the TriHealth team. I'm trying to learn more about the benefits offered at TriHealth.
- In what ways has your experience prepared you to excel in this role?
VP
I was recruited for a VP role, but the interview process went on for months and ultimately the position was left unfilled due to funding. Month 1: Recruiter reaches out & I had two 1:1 phone screens. Month 2: A panel interview, and two 1:1 interviews with C Suite executives. Month 3: Nothing happened. Month 4: An in person 1:1 informal chat with the hiring manager. Month 5: A panel interview and a 1:1 interview with a C suite executive I'd already spoken with. I also took personality and IQ assessments online and on site. They said they were not filling the position due to a loss of funding. Overall, it was a negative experience. I took time off work for the interviews and spent hours preparing for each round. In addition to what's listed, I had numerous calls with the recruiter, who indicated things were going well and asked for my understanding that TriHealth was moving slowly. The recruiter told me about the lost funding and said the hiring manager would contact me directly to explain, but they never did.
- What is your motivation for joining TriHealth, and why are you the right fit for this role at this time?
