The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was an aptitude test. The second round focused on domain knowledge, covering basic questions in production, textile, chemical, and manufacturing engineering. The HR department also asked some management-related questions. Overall, it was a positive experience.

First, there was an online test. Registration involved checking college and admit cards, and having the admit card authenticated by an invigilator. Candidates had to sit in the computer lab for a 90-minute test that included aptitude and technical sections with no negative marking. Then, an online psychometric test was conducted from home. Finally, there was an interview at the Plant Site, or online, or via telephone, which was a one-hour HR and Technical Interview.

So first you fill out the application online. Then they review your profile to sort applications and shortlist them. After that, there's a first assessment round which is like 8-9 hours on campus. It includes registration, document verification, a preliminary interview, and online assessments. Finally, there's a second assessment round, 5-6 hours long, where you need to bring a photo ID, address proof with photos, all semester mark sheets, degree and provisional certificate, reporting manager details, appointment letter or payslips, and last employment ID.
