The hiring process involved several steps, starting with a written test, followed by a psychometric test, and concluding with an interview. The entire experience took place within a manufacturing setting and spanned approximately two months.

It's basically a chat where the tax adviser talks to the client to get all the info needed for their taxes, done right and honestly. We start by making the client feel chill, then ask easy questions about their money stuff, like income, what they can deduct, what they own, and if anything big changed in their life (new job, new investment, new family member). A good chat needs prep, like looking at old tax forms and papers the client already sent. While chatting, the adviser listens real close, jots stuff down, and asks more questions if something's not clear or seems off. We also try to make the tax talk easy to get, so you know what you gotta do. We check for anything weird or mistakes and let you know if you need to send more papers.

So, first up is usually a technical round, you know, testing your textile knowledge – materials, how things are made, what's new. Then, you might get a problem-solving round where they throw case studies at you or ask how you'd fix textile engineering problems. After that, there's the HR bit, checking if you can chat, work with others, and if you're a good fit culture-wise. Finally, it could be a hands-on test or a presentation, maybe showing off what you know or talking about past projects.

The interview process was based on our CG and interviews where they mainly asked questions from core subjects. They also asked about the company and how much we know about it. After that, they sent the list. This was campus recruitment, but we were not allowed to sit in further campus placements, not even in PSU placements.
