It was a quick and friendly process. The interview panel seemed to grasp how my CV was aligned with the role. Things moved along fast, and I was kept informed about each step. As the interviews progressed, the panel made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

A recruiter reached out to me, and it was a good screening call. I was then scheduled to interview with the hiring manager, though I wasn't impressed with them given it was a senior role. After that, the recruiter asked me to take a cognitive assessment ASAP, which I did the next morning and scored well on. I then had to wait a long time for the next step, and after two weeks of chasing, the recruiter informed me they hired someone internally. It felt very unprofessional for a senior leadership role, and a waste of my time.

It was a pretty structured interview process. First, I had an interview with the Talent Manager, then I interviewed with some internal team members, and finally, I met with the hiring manager. The team members asked questions specifically related to the job I was interviewing for.
