There were 4 rounds of interviews and a 30-minute online assessment. The final interview with the executive leader felt more like an interrogation, with them seeming disinterested and antagonistic. I was initially told I'd get a quick decision. When I followed up with the person I did a mock call for (round 2/3), they ignored my email. I didn't hear back until a week later when I contacted the recruiter. It was pretty unprofessional not to let me know the decision, especially knowing I was unemployed due to layoffs.

Behavioral Presentation

Their interview process is supposedly innovative, but it's actually standard. The goal is to filter out candidates who won't be unquestioning yes-men, which apparently limits diversity. If you catch on early, you realize you just need to play along and act like you'll do what they say. Once hired, you must maintain that subservient attitude or you'll be found out. The process involves a recruiter call, a psychometric test, meeting with the boss again, a presentation, and then an offer where you become just another number.
