My interview experience for the Test Manager role was really bad. The whole thing was over in under 10 minutes, and I didn't even get to properly introduce myself. The interviewer basically told me what to say, which felt super dismissive. The questions were totally off, not even for junior roles. Plus, the whole process lacked professionalism. They rescheduled a bunch of times. The first time, I waited over half an hour and nobody showed up. The next day's interview was like 10 minutes long. It was so frustrating. The HR team really needs to look at who's doing the interviews. They should be able to interview experienced people with respect. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here based on this.

The interview process was smooth and well organized with 3 rounds: 2 role-based and 1 HR. Coordination was systematic. The face-to-face round was interactive and informative. However, after receiving the offer, there was a 2-month period of no contact regarding resignation or status, which made me feel the role wasn't valued, leading me to decline.
