& Process

I got referred by a friend who was leaving, and they needed to fill his spot for in-house operations. My resume went to HR, and they called me to discuss my past experience and salary expectations. They set up an interview for the following week. The first round was with HR, who went over my resume. Then I met the reporting manager, who was very talented, but I managed to get through. Next, I met the director, who was very communicative and interactive. This round was great because I understood their expectations. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm open to their offer.

The interview process here is really disorganized, and I'm not sure how they even hire people. It's a very frustrating experience with Trianz, and I wonder if the employees are happy given how they treat candidates. I've dealt with HR at Trianz who kept passing me around. After talking to a few people, I felt really disrespected because no one would call me back for ages. I don't know what it's like to work at Trianz, but the HR and interview process are a mess and seem unprofessional, which makes me question their HR department and policies. I'm still talking to them and will update this when I'm done.

I applied via LinkedIn and after about a month, I was contacted to come in for an interview. The process involved three rounds of discussions, and then it took about 12 days to receive an offer. I started as a contractor and was converted to a full-time employee within a year.
