Started with a Skype screen with an associate, then had two back-to-back half-hour Skype interviews with managers. There was also an invitation for an in-person interview in the Bay Area, but I didn't get to that part. They held an info session after the first round to help prepare for the next one, which was a nice touch. However, as mentioned in the session and corroborated by Glassdoor reviews, there's not much you can do to prepare for these interviews, even with the managers. The questions were mostly personality-based. While the welcoming atmosphere was appreciated, it felt less like an interview and more like a casual chat, which made me a bit suspicious. After the first of the two back-to-back manager interviews, I was already losing interest in the position. It's possible that was part of the test to see if you'd still want the job even if they didn't try to sell it to you. Both managers seemed quite young and more polished in their speech than demonstrably qualified as managers, no offense. They didn't really highlight the appealing aspects of the work, and it was clear that the extracurricular activities are meant to combat the monotony of the job. Also, while I took online reviews with a grain of salt, my interview experience strongly reflected the lack of diversity that many have reported. There were no visible minorities among the interviewers or in email communications, and everyone seemed to fit a very specific mold in appearance and demeanor. This clearly aligns with their hiring preferences and explains why their small teams supposedly get along so well. I wouldn't particularly recommend this role if you have any postgraduate experience or technical skills.

I applied in June and was contacted in early August to start the interview process. The first round was a 30-minute Skype interview with a Senior Associate. Then, there were two 30-minute Skype interviews with Managers. The final round was an in-person full day. This included three 45-minute interviews with Principals, a 90-minute case study that was fully explained beforehand (just had to watch the time), and lunch with a Senior Associate and an Associate. All the interviews were super relaxed. They asked questions to get to know my personality, my analytical experience, and how eager I was to learn and join the company.
- Can you tell me about the most challenging class you've taken?
- Describe an instance where you demonstrated integrity.

It started with a career fair where I submitted my resume and cover letter, and then got an interview. The first round was with a manager, a chill 30-minute chat about why I was interested in healthcare and Triage, and some personal stuff like what I do for fun and how senior year is going. The second round was at their Atlanta office. We had lunch with two senior associates, then two 30-minute interviews with a manager (over 4.5 years at the company) and a principal (over 8 years). They really dug into my resume, my hobbies, my toughest and favorite college classes, and how I handle teamwork, multitasking, and setbacks. Finally, there was a 30-minute case study that's pretty unique – you just have to listen carefully when they explain it and then use math and logic to answer. The whole process felt like it was mostly about seeing if I was a good personality and culture fit, and if I had a strong work ethic.
