I initially applied for a consulting associate role through my school but was rejected. However, I was later contacted by the company for an Analyst position. The first step was a brief Skype interview, which was mostly informational. Following that, I traveled to San Francisco for a full-day interview. This involved meeting with the office director, a senior analyst, and having lunch with two junior analysts. The overall process was quite relaxed, focusing on my background and motivations for joining the company. They were generous, covering my hotel stay, parking, and travel expenses to San Francisco.

I was emailed about a video interview, which was a quick 15-minute behavioral screen asking usual STAR method questions. About a week later, I was contacted to set up a final round interview. I scheduled it and got an email saying I'd get the agenda and instructions the day before. No email came, and when I followed up, they told me an hour before the interview that they weren't hiring anymore due to a freeze. It was understandable, but I was frustrated my time wasn't respected since I rearranged my schedule.

First, there was a Skype interview that was mostly just talking and getting to know you. It wasn't question-answer based at all. They really just wanted to hear why you want the position, what you did in college, your career aspirations, and your interest in the healthcare business. Then, there was an in-person interview. It was composed of 3 one-on-one interviews with management, plus a lunch you attend with 2 of the current analysts. Still nothing too difficult. They asked the same questions but just in a more formal setting. The lunch is a good way to see what your future coworkers will be like. They don't have a huge say in you getting the position, but it definitely helps.
