So, for the Financial Associate role at TresVista, there are three main steps. First, there's an HR screening to see if you're a good fit generally. Then, you have to take an Aptitude Test that checks your quantitative, qualitative, and logical reasoning. The last part is an interview with a Senior Manager where they'll ask you about your technical skills, what you've done before, and if you're right for the job.

Since my college wasn't in Mumbai and I was the only eligible candidate from my college, they asked me to take an online test. The test had two sections: one for LR & Verbal, and another for technical. The first section was easy, but the technical section wasn't MCQ; you had to write the solution in a notepad-like box. If you know the WACC formula and how to solve it, you can probably figure out the difference between writing the solution on a notepad file versus on paper. I didn't pass the online test.

I got this interview through an on-campus recruitment drive. The first stage was an online test with two parts: one on Quant (like CAT) and another descriptive one on Finance concepts. The Quant section had 30 questions to be completed in about 30 minutes, and the Finance section had 17 questions in 20 minutes. I didn't make it past this round. I suspect there might have been a minimum score required for each section. Just wanted to share my experience.
