Associate
I got placed on campus from TAPMI, Manipal. The process had 3 rounds in total. R1 was an aptitude test covering accounting, math, communication, logical and critical reasoning, and finance basics. All sections were difficult, except communication and finance/accounting basics which were moderate. R2 was a challenging Technical Interview with a VP. R3 was a difficult Technical + HR interview with an EVP.
- Could you explain the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Valuation Process and Relative Valuation, and advise on the appropriate circumstances for using each?

It was an online process with 2 rounds. All the finance questions were asked, and situation based case lets were given, analysis of financial statements were asked and how to manage risk was also covered. Advanced excel and powerpoint skills are required.

Associate
The interview process included an aptitude test followed by an interview round. The interview covered accounting questions concerning the impact on the three financial statements, explanations of any DCF models you might have made (including details on growth rates and country risk premiums), various types of guesstimates, and different valuation methods.
