Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TresVista.
Analyst
The interview was on the easier side, about average difficulty, and lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer was nice and tried to make me feel comfortable. They asked some fundamental accounting and finance questions, which I handled pretty well. Following that, there were some general finance and interview-related questions, and finally, an HR question at the end.
- Could you answer some basic questions on accounting and finance?
- What are your reasons for wanting to work at TresVista?
- Why are you interested in this specific position?
Analyst
The selection process starts with an aptitude test. After that, there is a 45-minute interview that includes a technical discussion. Finally, there's an HR round to see how well you'd fit in, your communication skills, and if you're a good match for the job overall.
- Could you answer a basic question about accounts?
- Can you explain cashflow?
- Do you have an analytical question for us?
Analyst
So the interview process is typically four stages. First, you apply with your resume and then HR will filter out candidates based on basic qualifications. Then there's an initial screening, which is usually a phone call or video call to talk about your background, how you communicate, and if you're a good fit.
- Can you discuss your previous internship experiences?
- What's your approach to solving this guesstimate?
