I was called for a pre-qualifying exam. The first part was logic and an essay. After passing that, I immediately went on to the second part, which was a tech exam with a grammar section. They sent us home then and said they'd contact us if we qualified for the tech interview. I got a call the same day saying I qualified for the tech interview, which was scheduled for two days after the exam. I attended the tech interview, which lasted about 45 minutes, and then the manager sent me to HR. We talked some more, and then she stepped out briefly and returned with a job offer. I didn't sign immediately and asked for time to think. Finally, I returned for the contract signing.

I was contacted by a recruiter and the whole process lasted from late June to mid-August. There were 4 interviews in total. The first was a phone call, followed by an automated video interview assessing technical skills in networking, Linux, and some security. The third interview was another phone call. Everything seemed fine until the fourth interview, which was a video conference with four interviewers. Unfortunately, the audio quality was poor, even with headphones, and I could only see two of the interviewers clearly. It was a bit challenging to catch everything the other two said because they were too far from the camera, and I'm not a native English speaker. Overall, it was a positive learning experience. It's a shame I didn't perform well in the final interview; I was really nervous that day and don't know why.
