It's a 2 step process. First, recruiting, then the final interview before an offer is made. After that, it's off to a background and drug test. We have a 5 week ramp up period, and commissions are paid out at the end of the following month.
- When can you start?
- What is your earliest availability?
Area Sales Manager
Had an initial phone interview. Then they set up an in-person interview for a few days later. Got some follow up texts with mistakes about the date and process. The in-person interview felt good, or so I thought. They mentioned picking the top 2 or 3 candidates to meet the CEO. When I asked about my standing, they said I was 'top of the list.' I did my follow-ups via email and calls. After more than a week, they emailed to say they weren't going forward with me. So much for being 'top of the list.'
- What are the usual questions asked? Nothing new.
Sales Consultant
The HR folks in Phoenix, AZ reach out to set up the interview. The in-person interview went pretty well. They'll tell you about the company and give you some background on the product you'd be selling. They're happy to answer all your questions, and you'll definitely feel like they're interested in you as a candidate. They want to hear about your past and what you've taken away from it.
- What's the most valuable thing you learned at your previous job?
- Can you describe your background and what lessons you've gained from your past experiences?
Business Consultant
It starts off with an email and then an in-person interview where they explain the position, training, and qualifications. Then there's a 30-45 minute chat about achieving bonuses, salary increases, etc. It's a simple process.
- Can you tell me about your previous business experience?
