It's a 2 step process. First, recruiting, then the final interview before an offer is made. After that, it's off to a background and drug test. We have a 5 week ramp up period, and commissions are paid out at the end of the following month.

Behavioral Other

Had an initial phone interview. Then they set up an in-person interview for a few days later. Got some follow up texts with mistakes about the date and process. The in-person interview felt good, or so I thought. They mentioned picking the top 2 or 3 candidates to meet the CEO. When I asked about my standing, they said I was 'top of the list.' I did my follow-ups via email and calls. After more than a week, they emailed to say they weren't going forward with me. So much for being 'top of the list.'
