The hiring process was smooth and well-organized. It started with a phone call with HR, where they introduced the company and asked about my background, skills, and motivation. Then, I had an online interview with the team manager, focusing on sales and communication skills, and my expectations for the role. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly, and I felt comfortable sharing my experiences and asking questions. The role was clearly explained, and I got a good overview of Treatwell's company culture. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.

It was a very pleasant and friendly process. They make it so passing an interview isn't an uncomfortable procedure. It consists of three phases: a phone call, an in-person individual interview, and an in-person group interview. The team handling the selection process is very present and active. All interviews are properly prepared and adapted to the occasion so that candidates can be gradually known. Furthermore, they maintain direct follow-up with each of the candidates throughout the process, valuing the feedback from both sides positively.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • They ask very diverse questions, from more general ones to much more concrete and specific ones. First, they like to know who you are, what you can offer, and how you can fit the position. Then, they try to get to know you a bit better with questions like what you like to do in your free time or what you would do in specific situations you might encounter at work. It's also essential to practice "roleplaying" situations as they will come up in the interview up to two times.
  • During the group interview, there's a moment where they ask slightly challenging questions, especially to see how candidates react. For example, I was asked to "tell me something positive and something negative about each of the people here with you."
  • They also ask about which company values best align with you. You have to choose two out of these four options: speed, ambition, collaboration, and impact.

Behavioral Presentation

The first contact was a phone interview that went pretty well. They then invited me for a second, in-person interview with the head of sales and the Team Leader. They mainly talked about the job requirements, the company's situation, and other things. They let me briefly talk about my professional background, and they asked me two 'personal' questions. Basically, they never asked me about my professional skills, achievements, knowledge, etc.
