I had a really good time interviewing with Treatwell! The whole thing felt super professional and organized. They kept me in the loop with clear communication and updates. Each interview was set up well, and the talks were relevant and meaningful. The questions made sense for the job, and I liked that there weren't any weird surprises, just good, solid discussions. Everyone was nice, respectful, and seemed interested. It felt like a place that cares about being professional and having a good vibe. All in all, a great interview experience.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The whole thing took about 2.5 weeks and felt pretty organized and quick. There were three interviews, each about an hour long. First, I chatted with HR. Then, I had a second interview with two people from the team. The final interview was with the Head of Data Analytics and the Head of Agile. I also had to do a business case exercise, which we talked about in the last interview. It all felt professional and engaging, with a good focus on both business sense and if I'd fit in. They communicated clearly and stuck to the schedule. Veronica was great at keeping me in the loop.

First, a chat with Talent Acquisition and the hiring manager. Then, a third chat with a Product Consultant, Design Lead, and Engineering Lead. The fourth chat was with the CPO. I liked how fast they set up the interview steps. The final feedback wasn't super clear, though.
