Behavioral Group

The interview process was great. Verónica, the Talent Acquisition Manager, was transparent and proactive from the start and kept me updated throughout. I applied online and had 3 interviews. The first was a video call, and the next two were in-person at the office. I felt at home from the first contact. The final step was a group interview with two other candidates, which was dynamic and fun.

Behavioral Technical Case Other

There were 3 interviews to pass if all went well, which was indicated on the job ad so no surprises there. The first interview was a phone call lasting between 20 and 30 minutes. It involved a basic introduction of both the candidate and the company, and the discussion was pleasant and easy. The second interview took place at the office with the manager of the department in question. It was longer and involved more in-depth and specific questions. The third interview was with the COO, also longer, with in-depth questions and a logic exercise. All of this happened within 10 days, and in the end, I was ghosted without any feedback. To sum up, I had my last interview on a Friday, and they told me they'd get back to me the following week. I waited, but heard nothing. So I decided to contact them the following Monday (7 days later), but my email was rejected even though the recipient's address was correct. I then decided to send another email to the second person I met during the interviews; the email went through, but no response! So I had 3 interviews in 10 days and didn't even receive a call or email, and they didn't even bother to reply.
