Behavioral Presentation

There were 4 rounds of interviews. The first was a quick 5-minute call to talk about yourself. Then, a 30-minute call with the head of Brand. After that, there was a 1-hour presentation where I had to show an assignment. Finally, a 15-minute interview with the CMO.

Presentation Case

The job title was initially Copywriter but then changed. I was asked to present a business case that I had prepared a month prior without any prior notification. This was followed by rounds for Global Marketing Manager, Local Marketing Manager, and then Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. The whole process was very confusing. No feedback was provided at the end.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was pretty unstructured - a few calls and meetings; I wasn't sure who I'd meet or how it would all play out. They had me do an exercise even though I already sent over a big portfolio, which felt a bit cheeky. The exercise itself was quite involved, involving rewriting a live article. This is kind of frowned upon in the industry – doing actual product work as part of the interview process isn't really done.
