Behavioral Presentation

The application process at Treatwell was a good and organized experience. It included three interviews, one of which was in person at their office. I talked with both HR and management, giving me a good sense of the company and its culture. The interviews covered a lot to check my background and if I fit with the company values. They asked about my understanding of the company, why I applied, and what I expected from the work environment and employer. They also focused on self-awareness, asking about my strengths and areas I could improve. A big part was the open chat, where I could ask questions and learn more about the organization. Overall, the hiring process was clear, interesting, and done in a professional and friendly way.

Even though I put my salary expectations in the application, the recruiter still set up a first stage interview. I had the call and discussed my experience, why I wanted to change jobs, and the role. Then, I found out the base salary and OTE were much lower than what I applied for. The interview was a waste of time because the recruiter admitted they saw my salary expectations and still booked the interview. I decided not to proceed because I was disappointed they weren't upfront about the salary and didn't respect my time.
