First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Traylor Bros..
Field Engineer
The interview process went smoothly. An HR person called and asked when a good time was for a meeting. I gave them dates and times that worked best. Then two people interviewed me for the position on that date.
- Can you tell me about your construction experience?
Field Engineer
The interview process was really thorough and professional. It was a two-step process. First, I got to know the company and talked about my past work experiences. Then, I had an interview with the project manager to try and get the job.
- They asked me about my biggest weakness.
- Were you asked if you used a planner for school and personal activities?
Field Engineer
I interviewed for an office position in Long Beach, CA. The lady who interviewed me was 15 minutes late to our zoom meeting, offered no apologies or reasoning and continued as if it wasn't an issue. Because of this I already had a negative connotation when we started, but tried to make the best of it and keep spirits high by smiling and engage in a meaningful manner. Throughout the interview, she seemed very bored and unengaged. I decided this was not company for me if this how the person conducting interviews behaved.
