There was a quick REST and SOAP interview and microservices design. One problem remotely without interviewer to do at your own pace. Another technical interview with interviewer to check on your coding and communication skills with them. A final interview as a general talk about goals, what they are looking from you and what you are looking from them.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What are the differences between SOAP and REST?
  • Describe the design for Endpoint and Unit Testing.
  • Tell me about your general understanding of REST.

I received a call to schedule an in-person interview, and all the necessary information was sent via email. Throughout the process, I felt very welcomed and was kept informed about which stage I was in and when to expect a response. The in-person interview itself was very clear and supportive, with questions that felt very human and empathetic.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you discuss Data Structures?
  • What are your understandings of OOP concepts?
  • Do you have experience with Java?

I sent my cv via an employee. First, they invited me to a Codility test on June 23rd with 3 easy questions. After that, I spoke with a Hiring Manager on Skype where they asked me about OOP, Java, and Design patterns. The next step was a take-home assignment where I had to write a simple REST service in Spring and Java, which I submitted on July 12th. That was it. I haven't received any response or feedback despite emailing the recruiter and the employee multiple times. I feel I deserve an answer after three stages; it was a waste of time.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Tell me about OOP.
  • How about Java?
  • What are Design patterns?
